•  Fluent Khmer, English spoken and written, positive and soft voice, accurate pronunciation.
•  Computer and communication skills
•  Ability to work in teams and high degree of accuracy

•  Answer all phone call in;
•  handle all Phone call with professional manner;
•  Use call center to relaying customers to the person involve;
•  Record orders from customers for Gas;
•  Issue Gas delivery sheet to Gas Delivery Boy for Motor delivery;
•  Issue Gas delivery sheet to LPG Administrator for Truck delivery;
•  Call Wholesalers to inform about new gas price.
•  Record individual delivery quantity for delivery boys for bonus calculation;
•  Receive invoice/related document in regards to dealer order from warehouse and then records these data into individual dealer accounts in the account department
