Phare Performing Social Enterprise Co., Ltd (PPSE) is a Limited Company in which Phare Ponleu Selpak Association (PPSA), a local non-government organization is the majority shareholder. It operates a daily performance venue in Siem Reap, Cambodia, called “Phare, the Cambodian Circus”. PPSE’s goals are to help building artists’ careers, prepare them for the future and to contribute financially to the artistic, social and education programs of PPSA.

Position: Phare Boutique Manager
Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration
Location: Siem Reap
Schedule: Full-Time (44 hours a week)

• Bachelor degree in Sale/Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Working experience in sale/marketing for more than 2 years
• Exceptional interpersonal
• Communication skills
• Excellent written and oral English and or French is a bonus
• Professional experience in Ms. Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Honesty, and be able to work in pressure and sale motivation

• Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Install the merchandising space to be interested to the clients of PCC for sale promotion,
• Prepare sale report and follow up the incomes daily with reporting to Accountant and Customer Service Manager.
• Responsible for daily inventory follow up and prepare monthly report to Accountant and Customer Service Manager.
• Keep up to date cost of goods sold and good available for sell in stock
• Distribute the commission to tuk tuk drivers with following up and reporting to Accountant and Customer Service Manager.
