Shopping Center Sorya PLC. is currently operating 3 luxurious shopping malls in Phnom Penh Capital including Sorya Center Point, Sovanna Shopping Center and Ratana Plaza Shopping Center.
Job Purpose:
To assist Deputy Chief Executive Officer with scheduling, planning, coordinating, and administrative support to the day-by- day operation.

Job Requirement :
|
|
-
Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration, marketing, economics, communication, retail, real estate, fashion or any other related course.
-
At least 4 years’ experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales & marketing, hospitality, or any other related work.

Strong leadership

Good Communication and interpersonal skill

Fluent Spoken and Written English/Chinese

Job Duties :
|
|

** Main Responsibilities:
-
* Administrative Functions:
-
Schedule and manage DCEO calendar and travel arrangements;
-
Provide total administrative and scheduling support while managing the day-to- day operations of the DCEO;
-
Draft and/or prepare memorandums and business correspondence for DCEO, ensuring the accuracy of all documents provided;
-
Organize and prioritize incoming calls received for DCEO (re-routing or assisting callers as needed);
-
Maintain departmental correspondence for DCEO;
-
Responsible for meeting agenda/presentation material preparation and minutes taking;
-
Design and prepare departmental reports (i.e. charts, graphs, tables, business plans);
-
Create and develop visual presentations for DCEO;
-
Maintain contact lists and task lists for DCEO as necessary;
-
Other tasks as assigned by DCEO;
-
* Coordinating Functions:
-
Acts as liaison between various departments and DCEO;
-
Ensure all daily operational functions of DCEO are completed smoothly and efficiently;
-
Coordinate the external events;
-
Schedule meetings and completes arrangements for meeting venues and other materials as required;
-
Completes special projects as required;
-
Other tasks as assigned by DCEO;
