Beside its rice processing and exporting activities, Golden Rice is developing its own construction and engineering projects, such as industrial building construction, machinery & electrical installation, and R&D on agricultural engineering.

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields
• 2 years of experience in payroll field or related fields
• Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law compliance
• Good command of English, reading, writing and speaking
• Can work as a team and honest with company
• Good personal relation, self-motivated, honest, self-discipline, team work and commitment
• Can travel to factory in Kampong Speu
• Computer literacy in MS. Word, Advance Excel, Access, Internet and E-mail

• Coordinate benefit-related calculation of employees is accurately
• Calculation of employees’ monthly and Daily payment is accurately and timely manner
• Calculation of employees’ benefits accrual is accurately and timely manner
• Inform employees about benefits and respond to the staff’s inquiries on benefits
• Coordinate and calculation to NSSF and local insurance institutions in case of occupational accident or personal accident.
• Salary tax and NSSF Payment
• Assisting and Posting payment voucher
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
