•Work with operations to determine their strategic staffing needs. Develop plans and strategies to address their current and future needs.
•Develop annual budget for recruitment and partner engagement.
•Ensure consistent branding of sourcing and placement processes compatible with the mission, culture and values of the company. Ensure programs align with Employer-of-choice methodology and business strategic sourcing plans.
•Execute staffing and recruiting strategies that support customer needs.
•Lead and support complex large projects to support staffing and other strategic initiatives.
•Solicit and listen to partners' concerns, and take active role in resolving problems. Provide information or facilitate partners' ability to obtain information about benefits, compensation, training and other Partner Resources programs and services.
•Develop annual budget for pay & benefits and incentives.
•Design, execute and deliver compensation & benefits programs that support and maintain all Employer-of-choice initiatives.
•Implement approved cash compensation programs and practices while maintaining alignment with approved budgets.
•Recommend appropriate cash compensation practices, incentive plans, job descriptions, and measures for the analysis of pay program effectiveness.
•Oversee the effectiveness of retail learning program as designed and delivered by the Learning Specialist.
