DFI LUCKY PRIVATE LIMITED is an enterprise created to incorporate its branded chain of subsidiaries including supermarket, fast-food restaurant, coffee bar, ice cream bar, and health and beauty store. With business expansion and growth, our company has been operating one more subsidiary which is named as Guardian and focusing on Health beauty and pharmaceutical products. Thus, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill a position as follow:

•  Bachelor degree in business management or other related fields 
•  Over 3 years of experience in fresh production, supply chain management or related positions and loving fresh production job.
•  Fluent in English spoken and written 
•  Good at computer skills (Ms office, Power Point, E-mail and internet)
•  Strong in communication, negotiation, problem solving, planning& analytical skills 
•  Able to work in cold work place temp 18C and check cold room temp -25C.
•  Ability to manage multi tasks with effective and efficient results 
•  Willing to work under pressure.

• The main responsibilities are to manage and handle of all Packaging Factory and all processing lines in accordance with Package factory and policy of the company.
• To oversee and manage PF operations: fresh receiving, cold storage, processing lines, picking, and fresh delivery to stores.
• To guarantee the freshness and quality of fresh product to stores.
• To do product packaging development and new packaging creation.
• To plan PF layout and space requirements in order to increase productivities and run smooth fresh production.
• To hamper creation and planning on each festive.
• To control inventory properly and ensure the accuracy of stock such as conducting inventory spot check 
• To communicate to related parties on all delays or variances in inbound/outbound
• To be responsible in solving related issues of PF
• • To enforce the PF policy and procedure effectively 
• • To be responsible for staff allocation due to the needs; supervise, train and monitor staff performance
