• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial and electrical or a related field.
• Knowledge of 5S 
• Knowledge of production process (some machine of each line)
• Knowledge of food industry
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to write report-writing skills in English and Khmer
• Ability to speak, listen and write English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be able to work in shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon and night)

• Ensure the operation of the packaging lines to pack products according to instructions, schedules, and parameters
• Prepare and review of the production, machine breakdown reports, and sign
• Initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to prevent or improve the occurrence of quality issues, wastage or machine downtime
• Assist in update and review of packaging procedures, instructions, and controls form to meet and improve the company’s standards
• Be actively involved in the maintenance of all packaging equipment
• Be multi-task and multi-skill of all packaging equipment operation
• Initiate, assist and do of housekeeping of the packaging area
• Raise the problem of the machine to line leader to do the notification, follow up and coordinate with Engineering team on repair or planned maintenance activities
Work regularly in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and instructions and common sense
• Assist and be substituted on other Packaging Technician’s job.
