• Provide confirmation (the closing) of task perform by each maintenance technician/engineer. Maintain the PM record and make adjustment as recommended by Engineering Manager/Reliability Engineer.
• Implement maintenance process and all maintenance process are aligned to maintenance system. All new maintenance system successfully rolled out
• Upload and down load maintenance plan into maintenance system (SAP)
• Conduct effective root cause analysis. The root cause analyses and corrective actions closed.
• Manage, control and monitored inventory.
• Fast and Accurate material retrieval. To ensure availability of resource to effect delivery / issuing if material.
• Communicate operational information to team members so that they know, understand and have access to relevant data to perform work activities effectively.
• Review and improve on work methods and ensure strict compliance with housekeeping and safety procedures.
