• Cambodian female from 18 years old
• University degree in related fields.
• Experienced in selling, promotion, marketing of similar products.
• Must have interpersonal, negotiation, organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
• Have patience and tact.
• Good command in Chinese, English , Thai, Vietnam (English & Chinese is mainly use)
• Good computer typing both English and Khmer (40WPS) and use Microsoft office word and advance excel.

• Surfing internet to search commodity, material, part from overseas.
• Arrange transportation, logistic process from seller to our warehouse.
• Follow up and working with forwarder, shipping line.
• Based on the future business plan, find and evaluate potential partners.
• Manage factory relationships and long term factory development. Initiate and cultivate global vendor relationships to improve turnaround, quality and cost.
• Constantly evaluate current supply chain with analytic measurable to identify vulnerabilities and proactively correct results.
• Develop and implement vendor improvement strategies.
• Develop sub supplier resources to control cost and cultivate new product introductions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders (buying units, Product Development, Supply Chain, Import Logistics and others) as well as vendors.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing and Product Development to develop Vendor Production Capacity plans and allocation.
• Proactively review supplier compliance, capability and capacity to ensure that existing and future business requirements can be met.
• Provide Monthly/Quarterly Vendor Performance updates to key stake holders.
• Collaborate with Planning and Import Logistics to maximize container space utilization and improve freight consolidation.
• Further develop production and sourcing policy and processes to support the existing and future business requirements.
