GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.
GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 142 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 
In September 2013, GLF has signed a new partnership with Siam Kubota Co. Ltd. to provide financial leasing on agricultural equipment. This partnership is a step further toward the reaching of unbanked, isolated populations in need financial back up to their business. With presence in 23 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

• Bachelor degree in sale & marketing, business, project management and or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experiences in execution the events, sale, functions and brand communication programs.
• Experience in leading the large scale of proclivities is an advantage.
• Good communication skill in English is an advantage.
• Computer proficiency: MS. Office, Internet Email, Google Earth, and other GPS application is an advantage.
• Honest, integrity, good organizational skill, good leadership skill, and well interpersonal.
• Well discipline, good time management, creative thinking, human management skill, good reporting skill, good personality, and having good communication skill.
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime and traveling to the rural provinces of Cambodia.

• Develop and implement the field operation works which are included sampling, direct marketing, direct sales, events, functions, road show and all forms of experiential marketing.
• Implement and develop post-implementation audit reports on all experiential activities.
• Assist to recruitment, train, supervise and development the activation crew and project team members.
• Travel (domestic and international) as required.
• Manage and control logistic and route plan of the operations.
• Assist and guide on the local liaison in order to obtain the permit license from the local authority.
• Consolidate and conclude the operational reports where each report consists: monitoring, tracking, sales, stock & inventory.
• Cost management –a cost control person and project profitability responsibility.
• Responsible for the success of all projects undertaken with high productivities.
• Responsible for developing the company’s business and find out the good strategy in order to reach the company mile stone.
