• Good communication and interpersonal skills

•  Fast learner & Team player
•  Keen to develop personal & professional skills

•  Monitor & evaluate TukTuk drivers daily/weekly/monthly performance
•  Prepare and record driver daily work schedule and shift
•  Conduct training to TukTuk drivers on how to use driver app
•  Prepare training document for tuktuk drivers
•  Select and recruit new qualified Tuktuk driver
•  Work with HR to arrange Tuktuk salary based on performance policy
•  Support Tuktuk drivers to improve their performance
