Job Requirement :

Bachelor Degrees in psychology, management, or related field.
No experience required
Computer literacy
Good command in English
Critical thinking, communication,
Good coordination
Good interpersonal skills, and service mind
Good analytical skill, speak Thai candidate is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and thorough
Knowledgeable in medical diagnosis and able to analyze medical history
Understand insurance policies and conditions

Job Duties :

Underwriting function: Graduates in Medical of Technology are preferable.
Policy Owner Service function (POS): Graduates in Business are preferable.
Claim function: Graduates in Law or Political Science are preferable.
Answer questions from Contact Log
Inform and help the marketing department understand the completion of document submission
Answer questions regarding policy condition to sales and marketing departments and policy holders
Prepare mistake report
Keep the department’s record of production and workload and submit them to Life Operation Department for consolidation.
