• Install and maintain lighting fixtures, electrical panel boards, sockets and wiring, generators and air conditioner units in all offices ensuring work is done on time, cost-efficient, and in compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Perform power and material flow analysis and draw electrical circuit diagram to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations for each office.
• Propose cost-saving initiatives, and check stored electrical materials to ensure that offices have sufficient stock and that materials meet technical specifications.
• Check all electrical devices at Head Office regularly and routinely, especially in the server room (Calling System, UPS, alarm, etc.) to ensure the power supply is safe, sufficient and reliable.
• Assess all electrical systems and generators installed and/or maintained by outsourced contractors to ensure proper technical installation and user safety.
• Support and train office assistants and relevant staff in all offices on the safe and efficient use of electrical systems so that they know what to do if there is a problem to ensure Amret’s premises have a constant, reliable and safe supply of electricity.
• Install and check the performance of camera security to ensure the system is working properly.
• Support and train Branch Managers, Desktop Engineers, Guard Team Leaders and other head office and branch staff on security camera guidelines and procedures.
