• Convert applications, documents hard copy files, and documents to a digital format
• Reviews scanned images for quality and verifies that all pages have been scanned
• Ensure that the natural order of each file and/or multi-page document is maintained
• Some keyboarding and data entry is required
• Assist in all kind of jobs at the office
• Maintain several records, as well as reports
• Pick up and deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns
• Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, or running errands
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
