• At least two years experiences in operation or admin work in company.
• Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to do presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in both Khmer and English.
• Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
• Very flexible, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well autonomously and as part of the team.
• Ability to handle pressure of workload.
• Ability to keep sensitive and confidential information, and fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and good pleasant and loyalty.

• Ensure having all drivers online in areas we set;
• Train, or guide new and existing drivers on policy, app, new promotion and other info;
• Ensure that all drivers are well trained and understand our app;
• Effectively control and lead operation and call center team;
• Develop planning of recruiting new drivers with sales and marketing supervisor as well as creating strategies to retain them;
• Prepare budget plan for operational expense;
• Develop operational policy and internal policy to support the app operation;
• Maintain strong and vigorous relationship with all drivers, vendors and deal with day-to-day complaints/problems arising in accordance to the app’s Policy and Procedure;
• Ensure that the company property giving to drivers is well-maintained and in good condition;
• Monitor clients’ order and follow up the transaction every day;
• Ensure the app is working smooth by testing every day.
