Job Title: Network Infrastructure Engineer
Report to: Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Head Office

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Related field or higher
• At least 2 year experience in IT Network, Technical Support in Bank/MFI or ISP is preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with Mikrotik Router such as routing protocol (Static, Dynamic & Routing Rule), VPN Technologies using IPSec, GRE, MPLS, EoIP , Bonding, QoS (Simple Queues, Queues Tree and Mangle), NAT, PAT, Static NAT (Port Forwarding), High Ability with VRRP, and Load Balancing technique.
• Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure for LAN, WAN, VPN and Firewall appliance including Cisco firewall and CheckPoint firewall.
• Good understanding of Cisco switch L2, L3 is preferred. 
• Good knowledge of system monitoring such as Solarwind, Cacti, Nagios, SmokePing, Syslog server and other monitor tools is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of Unix and Windows 2008/2012, OS including Active Directory & DNS.
• Willing to work under pressure and travelling in provincial
• Good communication, facilitation and good interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Prior experience with a 24/7 technical operational environment is highly desired
• Honest, hardworking and be able to work under pressure and over time

• Responsible for physical installation, modification, testing and servicing of data/network communication equipment at Head Office, Disaster & Recovery Site, Branches and Sub Branches including firewall, routers, switches, and ISP backbone.
• Prepare installation plan and on-going budget for Data Center maintenance including Fire Suppression (FM-200), Cooling System, UPS and NetBotz Data Center Monitoring Appliance.
• Regularly support, maintenance and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and IT security in HQ, DR, and Branch/Sub branch office.
• Perform analysis of network security needs and contribute to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.
• Perform analysis, troubleshoot and correct network problems remotely as well as on site
• Negotiate with providers (ISP) for new connection, relocation and termination.
• Setup and maintain proper documentation of deployment system.
• Planning, Designing, and developing Inter-networking that would be integrated with AMK IT Platform as required by Company.
• Support Technical Section for advanced problem that rose by Technical Support Engineers.
• To take an active role in the technology transfer process
• Substantial contribution of professional quality outputs

• Participates in teamwork and supports colleagues
• To be proactive in responding to user issues and maintain “sense of urgency” at all time.

• Monthly report all expense, relocation and termination of connections include incident report for downtime for each connection.
