• Bachelor University Degree preferably in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline with specialization in leading and implementing a complex Computer Network Infrastructure.
• Certified in Microsoft Window Server Administration;
• Certified in Cisco Networking Academy CCNA (Routing/Switching and Security).
• At least 2 years experiences in managing IT support services and Network Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skill.
• Skill on building good relationship with vendor.

• Manage technical core network both LAN and WAN;
• Prepare and forecast LAN and WAN to meet the organizational growth;
• Design the complex computer network architecture;
• Prepare, implement LAN maintenance and computer maintenance;
• Support service desk team acting as level 2 network escalation support
• Prepare and implement DR activation procedure and guideline
• Develop business case for critical configuration changes
• Log issues/problems encountered and liaise with the hardware vendor for rectification of errors recommend compute and network device.
• Prepare, implement and update IT security framework
• Ensure company data security and confidentiality. 
• Install and maintenance all user application
