The Asia Foundation is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization committed to the development of a peaceful, prosperous, just, and open Asia-Pacific region. The Asia Foundation is preparing a bid for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) project in Cambodia on Mainstreaming Climate Resilience into Development Planning. The project will be implemented starting January 2015 through December 2017. The total amount of the project is approximately US$1.8 million.
Contingent on success of this bid, The Asia Foundation is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. The Specialist will ensure the timely delivery for monitoring, evaluation and reporting throughout the ADB project, working in line with existing monitoring and evaluation policies of the donor agency.
