Our brands are various world-class cosmetic products including DIBI (Italy), Ericson (Paris), Oligodermie (Paris), Phyto (Paris), and beauty center a famous is Megabelle.
With our extension experiences in the industry, we distribute and supply the: The clinical, The professional, and The counter cosmetic and hair product. We are distributed to the several leading channel and nationwide distribution.
Now we are looking the person and who want to join with our team within the business growing at the present for the following positions:

- Modern Trade Manager (MT Manager)  

Job Requirement :
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Business Management or any related fields
  • Good command in both English and Khmer
  • At least 4 years working experience in Sale & Marketing department with 2 years as manager level
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, team leading, negotiation and communication skills
  • A passion for sales and motivating sales people
  • Ability to define key drives that make a difference to move the business forward
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access...)
Job Duties :
  • Develop Oligo MT channel & counters in Phnom Penh & Provinces
  • Assist BDM in sales targets setting and work towards achieving them
  • Assist BDM and work closely with Marketing Manager in developing key strategy to grow the business in your channel
  • Lead, evaluate and develop skills level of the MT sales team and PGs and ensure on their jobs performances and commitments
  • Ensures agreed standards of stock pressure, stock display and presentation for all product lines in calls under your control are met or exceeded
  • Keeps updated with new opening and closing outlets to reduce possible exposure to debt
  • Report on competitor’s activities and propose a counter attack strategy
  • Maintains close working relationship with all major customers in your territory
  • Work as assigned by BDD and BDM
