•  At least 3 Years experiences in Mechanical field
•  Experience in Pump and blower system.
•  Capable of analyzing the trouble and make solution.
•  Able to read designed specifications, technical drawings and processing & instrument diagram.
•  Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, and Excel), internet and email.
•  Good level of English both for writing and speaking.

•  To manage maintenance routine and preventive maintenance program.
•  To prepare tools and devices use in mechanical maintenance work.
•  To coordinate, install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems.
•  To collect all maintenance data, trouble, solution and prepare monthly report.
•  Assigns and oversees the daily operation of Maintenance Department.
•  Ensures compliance with local fire safety, building control and environmental regulations.
•  Ensures Preventive Maintenance Schedule is carried out accordingly.
•  To administer work performance, records, reports, inventory controls, filings etc.
•  Reviews, analyses and maintains utilities readings and energy costs
•  To implement monthly inspections on the fire alarm and protection systems.
•  To carry out an annual Fire Evacuation Drill Exercise with Staff and Guests.
•  To plan and implement the energy conservation programs for the Service Apartment.
•  To prepare and submit Monthly Utilities / Operation Reports to the General Manager
•  To prepare Maintenance Budget and monitoring department expenditures.
•  Co-ordinates with contractors for contract renewal and works requirements.
•  Provide front-line supports and trouble-shoot in the event of breakdowns.
