•  Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other engineering related field 
•  Fresh graduate or 1-year experience working in construction project(s)
•  Understand the construction work flow
•  Be able to read drawing clearly
•  Familiarize requirements of drawings and specifications, and terms and conditions of Project Contracts.
•  Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD Microsoft Project
•  Time management skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
•  Strong presentation, written, communication and report writing skill
•  Ability to work with team environment
•  Good problem solving 
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Honest, personalised, Friendly
•  Written and spoken English
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•  Keep track the progress of site(s)
•  Plan and schedule materials to be purchase in accordance with the master schedule and the actual site progress
•  Prepare requisition orders to purchasing team
•  Solve problems and coordinate with warehouse, site engineer and procurement team
•  Record data of requisitions
•  Follow up materials to site(s)
•  Randomly check material specifications
•  Follow up and check new/revised drawings and BOQ to update/ revise/raise new material requisitions
•  Other duties as assigned by management
