Now CALOFIC is currently recruiting for four positions:

• Male, age from 25-30
• Al least High School. Advantage for university degree (study in university of Marketing, Business Administration or related faculty)
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in supervisory position, preferable in sales of FMCG companies
• Hard working, dynamic, flexible and team-work
• Good communication/ negotiation skills. Good at analyzing, organizing and quality driven
• Can communicate in English and Khmer is the native language.

• Visit market as per planned schedule.
• Supervise and guide Marketing/ Sales staff in their daily work.
• Look after sales volume, market coverage, products mix in assigned zone.
• Monitor trade/ consumer promotions execution of sales team and agents. Keep track on promotion progress in order to react fast to any change of the market.
• Monitor and ensure appropriate merchandising and good branding of company's products in the market in coordination with brand team.
