• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Sales, or other related field.
• At least 3-5 years of full time working experience in marketing, or advertising.
• Experience in construction industry preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and good attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines.
• Possess honest, integrity, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks and making decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English.
• Ability to maintain positive, respectful, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
• Ability to work extended hours, if needed.

• Assist Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Manager with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Aid in developing marketing plan and advertising efforts.
• Maintain tight control on budget.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing campaigns and competitors.
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing collaterals.
• Develop contents and maintain company website and social media pages.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviors.
• Coordinate with supporting departments in executing marketing campaigns.
• Perform other duties as needed.
