Job Duties :

Understanding and implementing the Market’s policies

Initiate sale strategies and sale projection both retail and wholesale

Trace the potential outlets for the wholesale projection
-
New idea in sale promotion for retail and wholesale customer
-
Training staffs in production knowledge and customer service
-
Updated idea for the new emergence products in Cambodia’s markets and suggest to Srey Thea Market
-
Standard products display
-
Contact with suppliers for shelves rental and products display for the revenue of the markets
-
Advertisement of Srey Thea Market to attract more middle income customers
-
Set up a standard guidelines for the team for the smoothen of the daily operation and
-
Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
