•  Able to work under pressure, individually or in team
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Valid experience of 2 -3 years in relevant field

•  To define, develop and implement marketing plan to achieve organization sales quotas
•  To coordinate sales action plans for individual people
•  To monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team and communicate with sales team to ensure they perform job roles as per marketing objective
•  To provide feedback and performance of sales team and individuals
•  To ensure that each area and network are covered properly 
•  To maintain existing customers network and increase network
•   Prepare sales report, track and interpret sales figure and consistent improvement
•  Forecast of monthly and quarterly sales report and formulate sales procedures to achieve forecast 
•  Timely report or suggestion on marketing plan and ensure that marketing plan is carried out properly
•  To conduct market research and customer analysis 
•  To undertake other tasks assigned by superiors
