Job Requirement :
  •  Minimum two years’ experience in sales/marketing/business development;
  •  Experience (in Sales/Marketing) in Service industry, travel industry experience is preferred;
  •  Bachelor / Master Degree in any field (Degree in management is preferred;
  •  Willingness and ability to play an important role in business development and expansion of the company;
  •  Leadership and initiative traits;
  •  Strong inter-personal skills;
  •  Skilled communicator, able to represent the company and deliver key messages to the clients ;
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills in English is a must, proficiency in Khmer is a plus;
  •  Proficiency in MS Office suite; and
  •  Honesty and reliability and a commitment to strict confidentiality;
Job Duties :
  •  Assist the CEO in designing and implementing business development plan for the company;
  •  Formulate and lead marketing initiatives and pursue opportunities focused on the development and expansion of the company’s business;
  •  Prepare/Update sales and marketing materials for all categories of potential partners;
  •  Meet corporate clients and agents on a regular basis and develop close partnership with them for CamboTicket’s products;
  •  Generate sales for the business through offline and online sales and marketing efforts;
  •  Improve the company’s online footprint and profile through constant advertisement and promotion on social media platforms, blogs, groups and websites;
  •  Identify marketing strategy to attract more customers and increase sales to meet the target for the quarter;
  •  Actively and successfully manage the sales process and pass on skills to the junior staff;
  •  Provide weekly reports detailing initiatives and progress to the CEO;
  •  Address customers’ and partners’ issues immediately and bring them to the CEO’s notice;
  •  Contribute to and participate in the professional development of the company’s staff;
  •  Coordinate with office management to effectively utilize administrative staff to support you in your role; and
  •  Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.
