Chip Mong Group Ltd is engaged in a portfolio of diversified businesses from the supply of building materials to the manufacturing and distribution of consumer and beverage products in Cambodia.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• At least 1-2 year experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building. Preferably from Real Estate Development Sector.
• Knowledge and understanding of real estate market, especially on competitors’ movement.
• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skill, able to handle difficult business situation and able to negotiate well. 
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public.
• Excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the marketing team both inside and outside the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
• Abilitytodemonstrateenergy,senseofurgency,focusandfollowthroughthatdeliverhighqualityresults.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including listening and questioning skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken; and computer literate.

•  Participate in project discussions regard with producing, marketing and selling products.
•  Promote real estate projects of the Company.
•  Involve in the design and implementation of various marketing campaigns and selling activities
•  Assist Marketing Supervisor in communicating with customers, relevant stakeholders and various media including radio newspaper, magazine, direct marketing, other printed material (banners, brochures, etc.) and electronic materials (email, Facebook and websites)
•  Help the Company to achieve short and long term business growth.
•  Analyze consumer behavior of the company products and report to the management.
•  Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purpose. 
•  Work closely with Finance & Construction Department.
•  Prepare marketing plans of the products as well as budgets
•  Performs other duties as assigned from the top management.
