• Male or Female
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Marketing/Business Administration or relevant majors
• At least 3 to 4 year of working experience in analysis field with Telecom or related fields
• Good management leadership, negotiation and persuasiveness skills
• Able to travel any times to monitor research projects
• Independent personality capable of working on his/her own and in team environment
• Good communication skills in Khmer & English languages
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications
• Well appearance and good interaction skills
• Self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure
