•  Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing or related fields,
•  Minimum 2 years related experience in Marketing, Branding Activities,...
•  Fluent in English communication
•  Computer skill
•  Good creativity and communication skills,
•  Understands how to create and implement marketing related activities in a quality manner
•  Knowledge in driving the design and print production, and TVC production development process
•  Project Management skills on marketing campaign development and implementation

•  Conduct analysis of market and competitive trends to develop annual and 3-year marketing plans according to company’s portfolio strategy and long term business goals.
•  Define the brand’s status and to drive team to create and implement outlined brand activities in a timely and quality manner, within all approved budgets as per brand plan
•  Conduct/drive research-based results on consumer needs. Thereafter, to use consumer insights to develop appropriate brand developments / innovation required for growth of brand health and performance. 
•  Drive, plan and manage project team (both internal and external) to achieve results in marketing related activities on product development, advertising, consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, online/digital marketing.. And to conduct post campaign reports to capture results and identify areas for future improvements.
•  Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance, and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives

Note: The company provides transportation and meal allowance for employees at lunch.
