Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator: HIV will report to Head of Marketing Unit. This position is responsible for the management of a range of products related to HIV prevention. S/he is in charge of developing marketing plans for all HIV related activities – including generic (non branded) marketing initiatives funded under existing HIV projects – and ensuring the implementation of these marketing plans (4 Ps) in collaboration with other departments. S/he has the relevant market knowledge related to HIV, including market volumes (need,supply and demand), market value, competition, price levels, supply chain, distribution and the various target audiences (traders, shoppers, end users). S/he is responsible for ensuring that HIV products are fully cost recoverable and meet their volume and value targets. S/he works in close collaboration with other teams (including HIV program team, outreach team, sales and distribution team, procurement team, and research team) to ensure success of PSK’s HIV marketing activities.
