Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

Excellent communication skills, good English and computer skills.

Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.

Extensive knowledge in restaurant business and marketing, and a sound knowledge of red wine.

A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and the result of strategies

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote the restaurant. Ensure that plans are properly implemented.
-
Plan promotions and advertisement, work closely with graphic designer in doing creative marketing materials such as banners, leaflets, brochures and menus.
-
Initiate strategic planning in order to meet target monthly sales.
-
Assist in developing pricing strategies.
-
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, work with advertisers and agencies to promote the restaurant.

Conduct market research and determine market requirements in terms of products and service.
