PRASAC MFI Ltd., is a microfinance institution, which is providing sustainable financial services such as loans, deposits, and other financial products for 25 provinces and city of Cambodia. PRASAC is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian national candidate (male or female) to fill the position of:

Position: Manager of SME Unit, 01 Position
Report to: VP and Manager of Credit Department    

• Bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Economics or other quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years experience of lending with a focus on MSME segments.
• Minimum 2 years experience of working in regulated financial institution, preferable with some direct lending management experience.
• Experience with building strong relationships to achieve loan growth targets.
• Excellent working knowledge of the market.
• Solid knowledge of risk, macroeconomics, trading, and portfolio theory.
• Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel , Word, others)
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Proactive, flexible and a good team player.
• Ability on problem solving and good communication skills.
• Good behavioral, committed and disciplined.

• Elaborate PRASAC SME loan sales strategy to accomplish the annual lending plan.
• Monitor the adherence of actual sales figures with the planning on a regular basis by CO/ Branch/Region.
• Provide support to branches and HO in order to encourage achieving targets, pushing or improving results.
• Instruct on how to communicate with targeted business partner to promote SME loan.
• Strengthen SME loan assessment with BM/DBM/CO.
• Ensure that lending services are accurate provided by each Credit Officer and branch.
• Suggest adjustments or corrections on lending internal policies and procedures.
• Foster collaboration and accountability to share the best practice with SME sale team.
• Cooperate with training department to ensure Credit Officers are well trained to attend loan applications, provide consumer disclosures as required
• Regularly monitor Loan Portfolio Quality and Overdue & LWO report from Branches.
• Identify root causes of NPL and set strategy for improvement.
• Strengthening NPL & LWO management through Branch visit review and Legal Action.
