General description
The position of Manager of HR and training development is a key position in the development of the school and the daily operation; the first role been to make sure that all staff works at a very high level of commitment in a generally professional manner and make sure that the school team reach the fixed objectives.
The DRH works closely with the director to help planning the development of the school and the needs in staff in order to make sure that the operation remains smooth. The DRH must works closely with partners in order to maximize the training abilities of the school
