- Manager, Resource Management & Strategic Initiatives

• Masters, Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance and/or Management
• 3 years experience in a similar position from accounting/finance or research/management company
• Be able to work independently and work in a team
• Strong background in management, finance and/or accounting
• Good knowledge on business environment in Cambodia and good network of contacts
• Knowledge in IT/IMS
• Be able to read and write proficiently and professionally in English
• Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage

• Develop strategic initiatives and projections and review (Financial & Performance).
• Develop and monitor business performance and productivity.
• Develop and manage portfolio database (origination, customer, property and industry)
• Product development and review.
• Key liaison for internal and external stakeholders and regulatory parties.
• Monitoring and development of customer portfolio.
