Job Description :

Manager, Recruitment and Selection

The Manager, Recruitment and Selection sets up recruitment plan and strategy to ensure the labor force supply on time and with good quality. He/she manages all programs including recruitment activities, job evaluation, internship, university hunting, employer branding, and career forum to ensure the unit functions smoothly. The Manager, Recruitment and Selection leads a few staff and drives team collaboration to boost productivity and operating efficiency.

Job Requirement :
  • Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in a related discipline;
  • Minimum five years’ experience working in HR including some experience as supervisor and one year’s experience as recruitment manager;
  • Experience in recruitment specialist, job analysis and evaluation are preferable;
  • Computer literacy (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.);
  • Good English proficiency, both written and spoken, knowledge; and
  • Willingness to travel to support business operations at provinces.

  • Ability to lead employees to high-performance work practices to meet business objectives; and
  • Proven capacity to attract and retain talent.
Job Duties :
  • Sets up recruitment plan (including new recruit, trainees failed, resignation, termination, retirement and death) and recruitment strategy (local executive search, announcement,  on campus recruitment or university hunting, linkedin, networkings..) to support the company's manpower need timely and with good quality;
  • Controls and follows up the internship management program, career forum, university hunting, and employer branding to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of these programs and Amret's image be improved;
  • Controls on the development and improvement of all related recruitment and selection policies, processes and procedures to support business operations;
  • Manages the recruitment and selection activities in Amret in order to recruit qualified staff timely in accordance with plans and requests; and
  • Manages the recruitment team by providing guidance, coaching, and building their capacity and skills to ensure their high quality performance.
