Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. • Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications, Business Studies, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, business planning and analysis, and brand building.
• Knowledge of marketing plan development
• Knowledge and understanding of product and brand management, segmentation and positioning.
• Knowledge and understanding of best marketing practices in the beer and beverages industry and/or FMCG industry.
• Strong business acumen

• Develop brand visibility, brand awareness initiatives and the brand image using various marketing tools
• Interact frequently with suppliers (production companies, agencies, designers, media, etc.)
• Execute and oversee brand building and promotions-execution programs, work closely with PR officers for media programs and monitor their effectiveness
• Direct, manage and monitor POSM guidelines to ensure clear communication of both thematic and tactical promotions
• Work closely with Sales and MIS to forecast and closely monitor marketing communication budget and to follow marketing communications calendar
• Maintain an archive of all marketing communication files, artworks, TVCs, documents etc. Together with other Teams, ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching commercial targets
• Proactively lead, build and manage Marketing Communications and Events team including graphics designers, communications specialists, media specialists and copy writers to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget
• Actively develop and assess peoples’ skills and competencies, build on gaps identified both personally and through specialized training programs
• Determine projects which should be completed internally and what should be done by external agencies.
• Ensure overall team engagement and their happiness and well-being at work
• Construct, develop and maintain up to date the marketing roadmap
• Associate, plan and track costs related to the marketing roadmap
• Tie up initiatives to costs, ensure costs are tracked and regularly reported upon
