Work on Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning
As a Manager for IT Service and Application Support, you will be managing all IT BAU works including End User Support, IT Asset Management, IT Procurement and Vendor Management, Software Licensing, Backup & Restore, Data Centre Operations, Performance Capacity Management, Availability Management, Preventive Maintenance, IT Release & Deployment, IT Change Management, Security patching and other IT operations. You will deliver outstanding IT services to all staff of over 14 branches, 100 ATMS and digital channels (via internet or mobile banking) by ensuring that service levels are achieved, user expectations are exceeded, ensuring continuous improvement of IT Operations, ensuring effective governance of technology service management and providing commentary on trends, risks and issues thru accurate analysis and reporting to management team. You will lead the recovery of system resources during Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity activities and provide commentary on trends, risks and issues as well as support people development and manage succession plan for the team.
