•  Manage the IT Projects and IT network infrastructure
•  Reporting to Head of Technology, Cambodia
•  Work on medium-to-large scale projects driven by End-of-Life,
•  Compliance, Risk, Audit, Enhancement and Banking Products

• Certified or Completed the formal training in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Red Hat Linux (RHCSA/RHCE), VMware (VCA/VCP), EC-Council (CND/CEH), CISSP, PCI DSS, ITIL, COBIT and Project Management Methodology
• (Agile/PMP/PRINCE2) will be an added advantage
•  Proven IT employment experience in private sectors and strong experience in implementing or supporting IT projects
•  Strong understanding IT networking with an emphasis on Layers 2-7 of the OSI model and knowledge on recognized project management principles, testing methodologies, best practices, standards, procedures to pro-actively develop sound QA design, plan, solutions, and testing cases
•  Experience with supporting designing and implementing a medium-to-large scale network, managing Core Networks, data centre operations, branch networks and offsite ATM networks
•  Experience in supporting and implementing IT systems leveraged in cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform) will be an added advantage
•  Stakeholder Management, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving and Data Analysis Skills
•  Tertiary qualifications required
•  Experience in supporting and implementing Core Banking, ATM Switching, Visa, Master, UPI, Swift, Credit Card System, Internet Banking, NBC Clearing House, NBC Fast Payment and NBC CSS, Database Administration will be an added advantage

• As a Manager for IT Project Delivery and Infrastructure, you will drive the
• stakeholder satisfaction through delivering stable and reliable IT
• Infrastructure and IT Projects aligned with SLA and Recovery Time
• Objective. You will create detailed plans for the integration of new
• systems into existing infrastructure, provide continuous testing and
• review as well as develop and implement associated security and
• protection of data, business continuity, and disaster recovery. You will
• also evaluate the success of the new IT infrastructure technologies
• implemented, deliver IT project within approved timeline, budget, scope,
• resources and develop comprehensive IT project plans. Your role is to
• identify, document, and respond to risk with mitigation, contingency,
• provide appropriate data used to evaluate the completeness and quality
• of project deliverables, develop and deliver progress reports, proposals,
• requirements documentation, and presentations. You will also establish
• and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, ensure the
• documentation and guideline are accurately and appropriately developed
• and manage, support, mentor and coach for people in IT project and infrastructure team
