Management Trainee based in Phnom Penh

Senior Accountant 1 position
HR Admin & Purchasing Officer 1 position  

Job Requirement :

Management Trainee

  • Male or Female age between 27 – 32 years old
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in any field but Logistics Management will be an advantage
  • Cambodian nationality with native speaking and understanding of Cambodian language and fluently in English and Thai language is the plus
  • Clear communication
  • Background in finance, trading, manufacturing, logistics or in government agencies
  • Experienced in marketing trainee, purchasing trainee, accounting trainee, or management intern is advantageous
  • Confident in knowledge, skills, and judgment that are most effectively developed on the job
  • Able to stay for training program in Thailand around 6 months
  • High mobility
  • Computer literacy in MS Office

Senior Accountant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software especially Oracle system would be advantage
  • Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts ie. closing on Oracle system, prepare balance sheet reconciliations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English, Cambodian and moderate Thai will be advantageous
  • Able to use the Internet to communicate
  • Knowledge of the tax system and government regulations relating to the business as well
  • Age not over 35 years

HR Admin & Purchasing Officer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR, Political Science, Law with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is strongly required
  • Ensure timely monthly reports
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude
  • Able to meet deadline and detail-oriented as assigned
  • Fluent in English, Cambodian and moderate Thai will be advantageous
  • Able to use the Internet to communicate
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, and other related laws
  • Age not over 35 years
Job Duties :

Management Trainee

  • Job Summary: Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager
  • Expected Jobs
  • Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization establish channels of communication, and evaluate the work that is done
  • Help set policies
  • Evaluate work output
  • Attend meetings, create projects, and presentations
  • Work in different departments to gain perspective including operations, marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, administration, accounting and HR department
  • Handle established accounts to gain familiarity
  • Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program
  • Attend periodic evaluations
  • Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program
  • Participate with HRM and HRD management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
  • Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity
  • Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
  • Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products
  • Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability 

Senior Accountant

  • Process and maintain accounting records with accuracy and in a timely manner in relation to Account Receivable, Account Payable and Fixed assets
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors and project teams related to AR/AP function
  • Prepare and record Receive/Payment vouchers , Preparing pay check , invoices and staff advance / expense clearance, including foreign vendor transactions
  • Handle for Tax reports (All withholding tax, VAT report and Corporate income tax)
  • Support the management on cash flow planning and analysis. Prepare weekly cash flow report and bank balance report
  • Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations and analyze any variances (if any)
  • Prepare monthly payroll calculation and disbursement
  • Liaise with bankers, auditor and government representatives for the submission of reports and/or requirements
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as required  

HR Admin & Purchasing Officer

  • Administrate daily HR matters by regular timing or cycle and by request e.g., staff attendance record, filing, OT record, payroll and relevant matters to payroll
  • Administrate daily Office Admin matters by regular timing or cycle and by request e.g., guest reception, office cleaning, security guard, office facilities services
  • Administrate daily Purchasing matters by regular timing or cycle and by request e.g., raising PR, PO, vendor contact, receipt by PO
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as required by HR, Admin, & Purchasing
  • Submit document to governmental offices e.g, Labor Department, Tax Department, Social Security Fund, Workmen's Compensation Fund
  • Arrange meeting for both in the office and external office
  • Take care visitors visit
  • Administrate company car and driver for management and customers visit
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as required
