Crown Resorts is looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10 years job related work experience plumbing, electricity, air-conditioning, and carpentering is required. Experience beyond 10 years and experience in more than one of the above is desired.
• Age 35 years old and above.
• Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
• Computer literacy with multi-program usage.
• Outstanding oral written English and Thai communication skills.
• Strong Planning skills.
• Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
• Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.

• Attend HOD meetings as the head of Department.
• Ensures that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist the General Manager and the Superintendents to develop and implement long and short range plans for capital and operating projects and improvements for the Company.
• Prepares and implements operating and capital budgets for the Company’s engineering.
• Provides engineering assistance to the Superintendents, particularly in the area of specification development.
• Prepares preliminary engineering reports, design plans and specifications, bid documents and contracts for construction projects.
• Performs field inspections of construction and maintenance of plumbing, electricity, Air-conditioning, painting and carpentering systems.
• Provides leadership in the overall technical program of the Company.
• Develops and maintains the Company’s public improvements specifications including standard drawings and specifications.
• Provides engineering/technical assistance as needed within the Company.
• Makes subdivision bond calculations, code or specification inspections.
• Serves as mentor to less experienced engineering staff.
• Responsible for overall development of the Company’s mapping and Geographic Information systems.
• Develops, negotiates, and manages engineering contracts for outside engineering consultants.
• Coordinates construction projects with contractors and consultants.
• Performs other duties as necessary or as assigned by General Manager or Director.
• Maintain a positive attitude with team/unit.
• Maintain good public relation.
• Organizes work so it can be accomplished in an efficient manner.
• May supervise engineering, project management, CAD, clerical, or other disciplines as assigned
• Always does the best to uphold the name and reputation of Company.
• Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
• All other duties as assigned.
