• Bachelor degree of machinery operation or any other related fields.
• 5 to 10 years experiences in maintenance and at least 3 year experiences in management fields
• Good commend in English Languages.
• Proficiency in Computer skill such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, and Email.
• Have knowledge of conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, and human skills.

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage and control both of Trucks and Batching Plant Maintenance.
• Manage and conduct the daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance inspections and maintain records of the production equipment.
• Performs and instructs personnel in equipment start-up procedures and machine operation.
• Manage and make plan to order all components used in the repair or preventive maintenance or equipment and facilities.
• Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing.
• Doing costing segment in the production line.
• Solving the problem and coordinate in the team work.
• All other tasks will assigned by General Manager.
