Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, under Ly Hour Group, is a well-known company focusing on residential building construction since October 2011 and has been building different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House, and flat.

•  Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant qualification;
•  Knowledgeable in Auto Cad;
•  Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills;
•  MUST have at least 2 years experience in M&E works in Building Projects;
•  MUST have local contractor experience;

•  Will be working closely to the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters;
•  Supervise day-to-day site works;
•  Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction;
•  Handle the project supervision and documentation;
•  Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress;
•  Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions;
•  Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with; and
•  Other tasks assigned by Manager.
