Union Commercial Bank Plc (UCB) was founded by Oknha Yum Sui Sang and several investors on 31st March 1994. After 20 years of efforts, UCB has established itself as a well-known financial institution in Cambodia. In September 2013, E.SUN Bank in Taiwan invested 70% shares of UCB, and acquired additional 5% in 2015. It was owned by E.SUN Bank 100% in March 2017.

•  Minimum finished Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
•  Good at written and spoken English
•  Minimum 1 year experience in banking industries or related fields
•  Strong relationship and networking building
•  Computer Literate, in particular Microsoft Office application
•  Having high integrity and team work oriented

•  Find potential individual clients for all kind of loan products
•  Submit Credit Memorandum to Branch Manager/Credit Assessment Manager for approval
•  Handle customer’s complaint and take appropriate action to solve them
•  Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at Sangkat level and cadastral office
•  Assist to recover bad debt of branch
•  Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships
•  Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
