Kookmin Bank Cambodia Plc. is a subsidiary bank of KB Kookmim bank, the largest financial corporation in Seoul, Korea. 

•  Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
•  Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing and fluent in English are necessarily required.
•  Computer literacy MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
•  At least 5-10 years working experience in bank lending, loan review and/or compliance experience or equivalent education in bank lending, loan review/compliance procedures and policies. 
•  Ability to lead a team. 
•  Ability to read, interpret and analyze data and statistics and knowledge of governmental regulations
•  Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
•  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios.
•  Detailed, decisive and analytically.
•  Willing to work under pressure and over time.

•  Experienced as a loan manager.
•  Monitor and review credit assessment,evaluation,disbursement and repayment to ensure compliance with bank's policies, procedures and guidelines.
•  Responsibilities may include the review of credit on maturing loans and directing collective efforts against past-due loans.
•  Review all loan reports and all management reports relating to the lending function. 
•  Conduct a comprehensive review of all marketing materials related to lending, to both ensure effectiveness and legal compliance. 
•  Conduct market analysis for loan products and services in target market.
•  Responsible for promoting and advertise bank's product and services to all customers. 
•  Conduct daily monitoring of loans disbursement and collection.
•  Coordinate recovery and Legal team to recover the default loan if any. 
•  Responsible for coaching and training to improve staff competencies. 
•  Prepare weekly and monthly loan report. Cover duty of other staff in related unit or position as assigned when necessary.
