Job Title : Livelihood Officer

Job Requirement :

Bachelor degree of Agriculture, Rural Development or any related field
At least 3 years work experience in local NGOs specifically related to agriculture field with the vulnerable families in the community,
Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel,
Good report writing skills,
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Khmer (including strong writing skills),
Proficiency in English considered very beneficial,
Good motivation; ability to work as a team,
Knowledge of appropriate laws and regulations,
Policy formulation,
Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of CCPCR,

Job Duties :

Collaborate with local authorities and CCWCs to identify and to organize meetings with those vulnerable families to explain the policy of livelihood options
Work closely with the Social workers and other project staff of CCPCR to establish the Saving Group
Conduct the community assessment and mobilization resources
Provide recommendations and advice after meeting with the families and conduct follow up assessments
Identify relevant institutions inside and outside the Province to organize livelihood training with the vulnerable families in the target areas,
Provide the livelihood training to the vulnerable families
Facilitate meetings between the families and financial institutions to discuss income generation opportunities and other social support, policies and guidelines available,
