Kookmin Bank Cambodia Plc. is a subsidiary bank of KB Kookmim bank, the largest financial corporation in Seoul, Korea. 

•  Master or Bachelor in Law, finance and banking, Business Administration, or any related fields
•  At least 1-2 years experiences experiences as compliance in commercial banks
•  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
•  Good interpersonal and strong oral and written communication skills.
•  Proficiency in English is a must (Fluent in speaking, writing and reading) 
•  Computer literacy such as Ms. Words, Excel, Power Point, …etc. 
•  Willing to work under pressure and as a team 
•  Strong commitment in working in the field,integrity and self-motivated- Dealing with problems involving multiple variables in somewhat non-standardized or non-routine situations.
•  Dynamic, pleasant, hardworking, honesty and healthy.

•  Identify and mitigate institution’s non-compliance, legal and reputation risks,
•  Implement and ensure daily operation compliant with laws, regulations and industrial standards issued by regulatory bodies, creditors, other stakeholders and the company’s policies and procedures,
•  Act as the liaison (or on behalf of manager) between institutional representative and regulators (NBC ) and external side
•  Report periodically or eventually on Compliance and other issues to Compliance Manager,
•  Involve in developing the environmental and social policies and procedures,
•  Monitoring and execute annual environmental and social protection plan in conjunction with related department and business partners,
•  Prepare and communicate with internal/external auditors and examiners,
•  Assist to establish and maintain internal policy, procedures and manual of compliance.
