GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 150 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

•  At least bachelor degree majoring in law.
•  Good understanding of Cambodian Law.
•  Good command of English: speaking, writhing and listening.
•  Computer knowledge: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet.
•  Be honest, team work and good communication skill.
•  Good command in negotiation.
•  Accuracy and attention to detail.
•  Report writing skills.

•  Provide administrative and technical support to Legal & Compliance Department;
•  Liaise with government officers of various ministries and law firm partners;
•  Undertake legal research tasks;
•  Review documents, contracts and forms used to endure they are legally correct and binding;
•  Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate all legal updates to minimize risks for various departments;
•  Assist in debt collection and litigation procedure with courts;
•  Assist with soft and hard copy filing ensuring filing is done accurately and neatly;
•  Report to Legal & Compliance Manager and higher level;
•  Undertake general administrative duties as required; and 
•  Perform any other related duties as required.
