• Cambodian Male/Female;
•  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or any other related field;
•  At least 2 years experiences in related field;
•  Be honest and flexible in working hour (weekend, public holiday, non-working hours)
•  Good in writing and speaking English; Chinese is an advantage;
•  Sale and Customer service Skill;
•  Good Communication and interpersonal skill;
•  Presentation skill;
•  Good team work;
•  Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)

• Directs the leasing of vacant spaces including stores and outlets, kiosks, promotional areas, advertising panels and so forth to ensure an optimum occupancy rate and revenue generated;
•  Develops leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiates with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.
•  Controls the overall customer services of the mall by analyzing customer needs, developing customer care facilities, and handling customer complaints etc. to ensure customer satisfactory and standards of service excellence;
•  Works closely with Marketing and relevant departments to carry out various marketing programs and activities for the purpose of maximizing the traffic and purchasing power in the mall;
•  Ensures proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand, and to achieve the Company’s desired business objectives;
•  Maintains and administers all tenant documents such as agreement, amendment, renewal, termination, announcement, incentive, etc. to ensure that all documents are safely kept, correct and up to date.
•  Communicates effectively to provide necessary information to all tenants within the mall including circulars, notices, management information, other events, etc.
