Job Requirement :

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Agriculture Extension, HR, or similar.
  • At least 3 years professional work experience in training development and training to staff
  • Have coordinated the maintenance of training records, databases and provided reporting.

Preferred

  • Worked in a commercial business
  • Worked in Retail and or Agriculture business
  • Solid experience in training soft skill and business process

Key Skills / Competencies

  • Passionate about developing others
  • Khmer native speaker
  • Energetic, able to take initiative, with positive attitude.
  • Be honest and work well in teams.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills including a working ability to speak English. Able to present complex issues simply.
  • Ability to coordinate activities and in some cases lead others.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Self-motivated. Able to work to tight deadlines. Flexible
Job Duties :

Position Purpose

  • The Junior Trainer will training to organization staff. He/She will provide effective and exciting, training programs to staff across the organization with a focus on soft skills and business process. He/She will also assist line staff to develop and better deliver technical training. The role will help organize training and plan the training program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to staff as requested from Senior Management
  • Assist preparation of training material (use existing or develop using consultants or internally) that meets needs and excites staff.
  • Assist line staff to assess the training needs of staff and customers.
  • Assist line staff and or external resources to develop appropriate and effective training material for customers.
  • Assist train staff to deliver effective training to their co-workers and their customers.
  • Ensure all Training administration databases are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires and other support materials
  • Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants
  • Inform participants or employees about training demands and other important aspects
  • Other duties as requested by Senior or Management
