THANEAKEA PHUM (CAMBODIA) LTD. (TPC) is a licensed microfinance institution with a social vision and a business orientation that provides entrepreneurs and families at the base of the socio-economic pyramid with the economic opportunities to transfer the quality of their lives and their communities through the provision of effective and sustainable client empowering financial services. To support the rapid growth of operations, TPC is looking for a talent applicant to fill the position of Interior Designer for its Head Office.

• Graphic Design – Strong creative design solutions that have a highly visual impact. Be able to use graphic design software such as 3ds Max (Model & Render), Google Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effect;
• Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling TPC financial services; This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, brand/image recall positioning;
• Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in marketing;
• Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and physical) with the ability to adjust with different types of audiences;
• Experience of at least 2 years in retail banking and/or microfinance operation;
• Familiarity with emerging issues related to microfinance in Cambodia; and
• University degree in suitable area, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Banking/Finance, Business Management.

• Design dimension specifications for TPC buildings, counter, and interior decoration.
• Prepare and review design and construction cost estimates, budgets, drawings, plans and specification, renovation and remodeling projects and furnishings design, construction and production.
• Develop advertising opportunities which can involve placement of adverts and promotion in the national and regional level;
• Assist and support the development and production of appealing and engaging materials in a variety of mediums (e.g., newsletters, brochures, billboards / signage, e-mails, website content, presentations, annual reports, etc.);
• Support the development of the communication and advertising materials for visual and audio media (e.g., TV, radio);
• Assist in the development and implementation of TPC marketing strategies to promote the institution and its financial services. Contribute to long term marketing plans and strategies;
• Actively involve in planning, advertising, promotion, public/media relations, distribution of TPC products, services and brand name;
• Carry out other creative design projects, TPC web development, and other marketing projects;
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities within financial sector in Cambodia to market TPC products and services;
• Assist in the planning and implementation of special projects which TPC undertakes.
